General Information

The time involved with a mastering session varies depending on the amount and type of work. For this reason, we charge by the amount of content supplied. This way, you can be assured that the price quote you are given is accurate, and the engineer working on your project is working for you in an honest and straightforward manner. A down payment of half the price quote is required at the beginning of every project. The session does not end until you are completely satisfied with the end result, at which time, the remaining price and any miscellaneous fees (see below) are due before the final product is delivered.

Additional Information

• Rush order is available for any project with an additional fee of $50.00. Your project will be placed on the top of the pile and will have a turnaround time between 1-2 business days. This time frame does not include any time lost during mail transit nor does it include any additional re-edits to the project if you are unsatisfied with the initial master.
• One reference CD-R is mailed to the client for approval of editing, fades, track ordering, etc. if a digital delivery is not possible; any additional reference CD-R’s incur an additional $10.00 fee. There is no cost for the master CD-R.
• Shipping costs (plus any packaging if needed) to manufacturing facility or other destination are applied at cost. These fees can be ignored if a digital delivery is possible.
• If you wish to have your project (both unmastered and/or mastered versions) backed up and stored at our facility, you can choose from a variety of available packages. We highly recommend this option as any project’s disk size can easily exceed at least 10 gigabytes of memory.
